Lynn Dean has specialized in Estate Planning and Elder law since 1996. A 1980 graduate of McGeorge School of Law, she established her own law firm in 1986. With more than 30 years of experience and a capable team of professionals, Lynn has earned the confidence of many clients. She often addresses community groups on Estate Planning topics and is frequently appointed on conservatorship matters by the courts of both Placer and Sacramento counties. Lynn is a member of the national Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Tracy Poston Shows graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1994.  She initially worked in political and election law and real estate transactions. She co-authored a manual for national mortgage servicers to assist with transfers of secured interests in real property. 

After raising three young children, Tracy established her own practice in 2009 specializing in estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate and guardianship work. Her prior experience allows her to look for ‘big picture’ impact on real estate transactions.

Tracy is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the California State Bar and the American Association of University Women. A past Board Member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council, she will seek to serve another term beginning in 2016. Tracy was recognized by the Placer County Bar Association as ‘Pro Bono Attorney of the Year’ in 2015 for her service to Placer County Courts and the Placer County Legal Community. Tracy’s professional life is dedicated to counseling families during the change of seasons in their lives, providing legal confidence to families in transition.
